Dina Sonenshein joined Commonwealth in February 2020. As a manager of business solutions, she helps ensemble and enterprise firms build enduring and scalable businesses. Her areas of expertise include business models, ownership structures, compensation systems, partner pathways and exits, organization design, and financial management. Dina holds an AB in history from Bryn Mawr College and an MBA from Boston College.
