Kristen Terpstra is the manager of advisor HR consulting in Commonwealth's Practice Management department. With the firm since 2005, she consults with advisors on business issues related to their human capital. Kristen completed her master's degree in communication management at Emerson College and holds the FINRA Series 7 securities registration.
